« on: June 16, 2008, 03:01:35 PM »
i was working on the lighted trigger mod. everything was going smoothly, the leds were nice and bright, then all the sudden they got really dim and the green and orange power lights are very dim as well, can barely see them. any suggestions?

Did you use a resistor? Maybe thats it and if that not it maybe try the Power resistor bridge.

the ribbon is nice and tight, but there is a tiny crease in it. could this be the culprit?

I have 4 LED's attached to my power board so its not an issue of numbers, I would bridge the two fuses for the LED's. Also what happens to me was that i burned the ribbon track out for my power LED couldn't figure out why my LED was out then i replaced the ribbon and it was fine. So maybe your ribbons defective or was damaged somehow.
