ooh what a great explanation. can you tell me how to do the hard drive mod? seriousely the kid asks for pics and stuff and all you do is type in 5 words and think its good. and to stay on topic, you will need to follow the tut for the phat, but instead of soldering to the powerboard, solder to the pins that you connect the ribbon cable into. i would post pics but i dont have my psp with me. also i wouldnt recommend doing it this way because you can really :censored: up your mobo. i would just wait until nic0 releases a tut for it. hope this helps

It is considerably harder for the PSP slim because you are soldering to the little pins on the motherboard. If you can solder very well, It wont be a problem but if you can't I'd wait for a tutorial or similar

so true, took one look at where i need to solder and left it. not that good at soldering, just made my first trigger led mod today. thats easy compared to that. but if you are good, go for it and post some pics!  :tup:

well i have my black slim dat i dnt really care bout nd i wanna do this mod on dat one nd if i do corectly ill jst get a new faceplate maby red i dunno red iz good or grey ya no wait black nd red...
