need help bad

my pc is on the edge of crashing. MY anti-virus program stop working. i try install different anti-virus progam but it wouldn't prorterly and it reset the pc when i try to start the anti-virus progam. what do i do? :beg: :beg:

Just make backup cd's (or a flash drive) of all your important files (pictures, videos, music....)
and reinstall your os.
If you don't have the disk, somebody must have one

Unless anyone else has a better solution

just get all your files of and reinstall windows thats the best option saves all the messing about trying to get it fixed
