Youtube not working starting to piss me off!

All the youtube videos i try to watch will not work, i get this 9 out of 10 times (below)
I think its my ISP provider, because my nieghbor has AT&T DSL also and has the same problem! Any idea whats wrong?

That has nothing to do with your ISP, that mean the vid was deleted...

you guys aren't listening  its every video for me, plus one time i posted a video of my own and it said video is no longer there and the next day it came back.

as for your videos, same thing happens for everyone, youtube needs about 10-30 minutes to register it or something

do you know what viacom did?

also could be heavy server maint.
