I was just goofing around with myself when i found a psp warrenty sticker sticking somewhere on my desk and i started thinking of ideas to get rid of the VOID letters from it and then out of nowhere i got this idea. I took a permanent waterproof marker and then colored the back of the warrenty sticker (where the glue is) and magically the VOID disappeared.....yaayyyy... So I thought that it might prove useful for some people who are new to modding and have more chance of screwing the psp up.. here is the picture of that sticker its now on my psp lol and you can also see blue wires inside the psp sooo that proves that it has been opened.....

Well idk if it would work in the long haul if you send it to Sony but it seems like it took the VOID away pretty nicely

i do not believe it has anything to do with your eyesight, just look hard and you shall see it, it is quite obvious though.

where exactly does it say void at? I just ripped mine off and I didn't see anything change.

the words VOID get imprinted in white color on the sticker.....

sorry to break your bubble but that wont work =)

sony will verify when they remove the sticker that the void show's and they will check the sticker to see if it was tempered with(u think they would give u a brand new system after seeing their warranty sticker was broken and moded to look like it auntentic)
sony will send you back your psp at your OWN cost of shipping it back!

ok but it works at walmart or best buy stores sometimes a friend of mine just got a slim exchanged yesturday from walmart it works there because people at walmart do not send it to sony they just replace it for you in store and they do not perform any checks by removing warrenty sticker....but still what you said sounds possible but what about the stickers which are too old and stuff and do not show VOID no matter how carelessly you peel them?
so there is a possibilty of it working but what you said is also probably true so its just to be considered a game of luck .... it can work and maybe it doesnt...it just depends on the store and their return policy.......

yea but walmart only give u 1 month garantee after that u gotta send it back to sony!:P
if u can return it to the fool at walmart then yea no problem future shop and best buy same thing

Wow, thats great.
I took mine off the other day off my brothers PSP. Scribbled on the back with a permanent marker (a bit like those sharpie ones) and put it back on. Not as sticky but still looks as good as new. Only took it off to open it up but there's a stupid screw that wont come out.

i'll probably end up stripping it.

This doesnt really work. Sony would be able to tell if it was tampered by.

They will just send back your psp as Crashy said

As I said before it does work if you return to a store NOT sony because people at stores do not perform any checks. They do not care if the sticker is tampered with or not. If you read carefully I said that it makes the VOID go away, i didnt say anything about it being un-tempered
