Curse DX Please help!!!

I ordered the 3 piece set of ribbons http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4058 from DX. It took a month for the package to come. I open the package today, and they sent the wrong thing. I don't feel like sending it back and waiting another month for them to send me another wrong part.

Does anyone have an extra ribbon that goes in between the powerboard and the mobo that they could send me? Or does anyone know where to get one that will for sure work and is cheap? Please help, I can't even play my PSP and I'm tired of waiting to get it fixed.

sadly i can relate, i ordered a psp battery for my psp phat,waited anxiously for my new battery(since i pandora my good one ) and recieved a slim battery instead and was crushed and now i dont wanna deal with their bs

Just write a Defective item and they send you a new one... Works every time i don't get why you guys have so many problems. The only thing i have against DX is they sent the wrong color case (Which i did a CSE and got another case [The correct color this time] for free) And i got a Battery that was defective and they sent 2 [two] New Ones that worked. Just contact DX....
