strange psp problem
« on: September 30, 2008, 09:31:02 AM »
hello  everybody,
I recently finished(sorta) modding my phat psp... it has 10 blue leds all sound reactive except one. well thats besides the point... when it is completely together if i press on the battery door hard enough the right speaker goes out along with all its leds, also if i press on the upper right hand corner of the faceplate on the edge of the lcd, the whole lcd then gets a yellow filter and i have to9 turn of the psp and turn it back on for it to go back to normal...
btw I am getting a new case on friday cuz this one is crap

its shorting somewhere. probably the LCD cage. Just check to make sure all your wires are not exposed.

also instead of cutting the LCD cage, you could paint the bottom with paint. This will insulate it

Also put tape over any exposed wire or solder joints.

If the problem persists, contact your doctor. Jk
