very strange problem PT.2

  :help: im working on a psp slim god of war edition it wont read any games i put the game in and it says game can not be read so i took it apart and put a new umd drive in there and it says the same  :censored: :censored: its pissing me off i tryed the game he gave me with it its not scratched or nuthin and i have a new game i never played before its super clean and it still wont read it ... i think it might be the mobo but im not sure  :dntknw: any body got any tips or advice please let me know thx  :hifive:

lol i think its maybe a fuse releated to the umd that was blown cause a guy broke this fuse/capacitator and the umd stoped working.and if not idont know :confused:

try droping it again
my retared friend fixed by droping it

Have you tried running ISOs or Homebrew yet? If those don't work either, then it's your flash memory, and it's unfixable. If not, I dunno :confused:

ok well all i know is that the guy that had it said he dropped it hella hard and it wouldn't read games anymore maybe something got lose idk...any ideas?

To start of here are the meaning's

Iso's are illigal copies of you umd unless you have the game.

Homebrew's im not to shore but its home created software/mini games like for example gba or n64 emulators are homebrew.

Sounds like the mobo, have you tried the UMD drives on another psp? Is it spinning the disk? also the posibility it could be a corruption in the firmware.

lol, Im pretty sure there is no umd fuse, and a fuse and a cap are completely different things. So dont post up and false info please.
