There is this service i just found that lets you watch tv wherever you are in the world and from whatever country you are resident. check it out

there are so much different progs to watch tv in ur pc.. i had one good one years ago, when i still had my 900mhz amd, and it didnt lag :P.. dont remember what that prog was though

take into account that CPU speed doesnt matter, internet spee does, and that the UK has statistically the worst speeds in the EU.

i did speedtest and got an upload of 350kb/s and a download of about 3800kb/s.

well, a few years ago, when i used it, the best internet speeds were about 2-4mb/s, and they costed 50 bucks a month (and we earn 1k bucks a month)...

atm there are only a few good internets.. i use 12mb/s, but it includes tv and everything...6mb/s + nets are still like 50 bucks a month here.
