got it working, looks great! Had to used a 100k ohm resistor so the led didn't blow, but the light won't turn off when the controller does. I need a + point on the board that powers up when you press the ps button. that way it should shut off when the controller does. like the mod we all make for the psp, DS, ect.i'll have a look at the board again, see if i can find a resistor i can solder too for power. if i mess it up....well, it's payday friday so i'll get a rumble controller, but i'd rather not. got a few bills to pay. -Edit- , i got my multimeter to work! Thats just saved me a hell of a lot of time getting this set up.
