need a modder for psp

i want the hold and on buttons changed 2 blue, blue LEDs in the speakers, triggers, buttons and a circle of 5 around the umd door. if possible i want the leds to be sounds reactive but have the option to turn this off with an external switch. i would also like a second anologe stick on the opersite side next to where the hold light is. next i want a costume jewel door if possible. i can supply a psp but i will pay for one if you all ready have one as this would be easier. i know this is a big job but pm men or post bak pleasee
