Slim power/charge swap (solved)

Ok, I realize this question has been asked a few times, but each time it has been asked, either no-one answers, or points to either 4dp's or Nic0's [wicked sweet] diagrams.

Has anyone found a specific resistor to bridge to boost the voltage to the positive connection of the power/charge leds? The closest to an actual answer has been follow the trace, but it isn't that easy.

If anyone has, please do post your findings. I've searched, and have yet to find an answer.

EDIT: Ok, I've found my solution, and it wasn't caused by voltage, but position of the led.
