Although, it does have everything, lots of storage space, lots of bandwidth (000webhost has more though), it goes down a lot, they promise 99.9% uptime when its more like 9.99%

Is that host reliable, i might switch to them if they are, my host is more retarded than snooze button on a smoke alarm

I've never had a problem with them and I've been signed up for months.
In that time, it's only been down twice I think.
One time because the server my site was hosted on (Server9.000webhost.com) was hit by DDoS attacks.
The other time was because they were working on the servers.
