Deal Extreme (DX) service sucks

So I was hearing all this rave about DX and how great they were so I decided to try them out. I ordered: a replacement joystick, replacement silicone pads, conductive bus wires, and power switch board. They said that everything was IN STOCK and that it would ship within 24 hours. [This was around Thanksgiving] On Friday, I asked what was going on with the order, they said items were back ordered and they would ship as soon as the next shipment was rec'd. Kind of misleading to say to a customer that all items are in stock and ready to ship then say they are on back order. So much for a christmas present.  :angry:

Learn how to order online, Lol. Keep in mind you're getting like 2-3week shipping on top of that.

How did he not learn how to order online? Its the companys fault for not updating their site...

DX are ok

Out of like 30 orders ive done with them

about 4 havent turned up, and all of those are really expensive ones

May i also note that the customer service is horrid

I tried to replace a bluetooth headset i bought that turned out faulty, they was kind, made me send it back, and they will send a free replacement

Its been a year and nothing has turned up, so they got my money and the item agian

Everytime i tell them about it, they ignore them

All they care about is money
