my first wii mod, opinions, and help plx XD

hi, im new in this community, and new in the world of modders,my wii is not finisshed yet, i want to put 3 leds solder in the main board, my wii already has the wiimote A backlight and nunchick light, leds in the base, also is painted with black spray, i dont know how put the pics in this forum, if someone told me i will post the pics.
i read a tutorial in http://www.modawii.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=8  and i want to know if that point "TP49" is really save to solder the 3 blue leds 3mm, i dont want my wii burned :P i know i have to put some resistors, thx for the help.

Yes it is a 5volt point so you can put quite a few leds on that. 3 would be fine :D

very nice wii dude - is that the xcm black knight case. it looks really nice - ive had one of those cases in my cubourd for like 8 months but my sister was always playing the wii so i never got round to doing it

hmm thats is a imperfection in the frontal case, the laterals are perfect, i dont remember the name of the spray

i hope you put at least 2 coats of clear on the controller and nunchuck, otherwise every time you play your gunna end up having solid black palms  :rofl:

other than that, it looks good for your first wii mod

unless i am mistaken the wiimote and nunchuck are not painted... it looks like the black silicon sleeves...

Actually, it looks like he took the outer shells off and painted just those, leaving the buttons and cords alone.

So, which one is it?

The wii looks real nice, even though the controllers are in silicon cases, they still match perfectly.

the wiimote and nunchuck are not painted, they have silicon. cause is more easy to erase the paint. and yep they match pretty good.
