is it possible to play the original ps2 and ps1 games on a ps3 that doesnt support it with any type of modchip or hack? and if so what would be needed to accomplish this?

ps1 games work on all (dont know about 20gb one) ps2 games only work on the 60+ ones that i know of and theres no mods that i know of that lets you play ps2 game.
