I need advice guys

I sent off a console to a member here and it hasn't arrived. I feel really bad for the guy and have setup a claim with my post office to try and get back the cost and worth of the console. I've never had this problem before. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they sorted it out.

hey , APHEx , well , i got a problem other way round i sent my PSP to Ryan000 fo modding , he said he shipped it like 1 month back , and now the  :censored: does not even pick up my calls , or answers to my
PM's  and i sent him the money for his service , im so  :censored: pissed with that  :censored: , hope I RECIeve my PSP !!!

I heard differently, The shipping is too much and he did the work for super cheap, he asked you to send shipping money you said no and FYI he left Acidmods...And modding all around

Yeah pranav you called and IMed him constantly. He went to school and he was only able to go out on weekends and you called him DURING school. I mean you should have chilled. You did cause him to get VERY angry..

I had this problem sending H-sauce a UMD Drive, i sent it 3 times and he got NONE of them then he told me its K we tried..

It's messed up. Thy guys been waiting for 6 weeks or more now. If i can't get anything back from the post office, i might recommend him contacting paypal. he might be covered for this sort of problem. It's just i don't want to come across as a scammer, you know?

anyone remmember neubit?
yea it was sept of 2007 and i bought a jewel from him well he never got to it so he gave me my money back
then he came back in jan-feb of 2008
i bought again..
well guess what
no jewel
i know he made it cuz ive seen pictures of it
but i never got it
so teh moral of teh story is
everyone gets ripped eventually even from a guy everyone tho was safe

So true, the same even happened with dell, i was ordering something (Just a charger) but it ends up when I ordered it, it ended up ordering in bulk (about 100 of em)

I spoke on the phone though, i was gonna be charged a thousand Lol, I managed to get it sorted out, but I had to pay a fee because of the trouble...
