my advice for you is swimming its not only exercise but its fun!
my family always go swimming together every 2 weeks
and if that doesn't work try learning parkour
you lose fat and gain fun :)

dude , i'm having similar issues as you (fat) , what i'm doing is doing abt 20 mins of cardio a day (walking jogging) , and eatin more food , in smaller portions

instead of eating one full meal , break it down into 2 meals , smaller portions and remember no JUNK (once a while is fine :) )
