Would this OTG HDD Case work with IR Shell or USBisoloader ?

I would say it won't;

During backup, this device will create a backup folder in the root directory. This unit simply rocks.
Not only this drive acts as a hard disk enclosure as well as a OTG backup unit, this also act as a USB 2.0 12-in-1 card reader for any PC.

So it says it will backup your files but nothing about direct reading.
