LED chaser help

This is going to be complicated for me but here is what I want.

A circuit bord that creats an effect smilar to a LED chasing bord but this is what i want.

The words off and on writen in LED`s and it to chase around the off and then off flash a few times and it repeat and the same way for on.

I wil uploa a animated pic of what I want tommorow.
any help appriciated.

You will want a PIC. There is probably a IC circuit that can pull this off but a PIC is always easiest.

You should look around on google for a PWM code, but you will probably have to modify it with a ASM editor like MPLAB IDE, or just find someone that can write a custom code (Alien can pull it off..)
