A quick little LM386 question
« on: April 21, 2009, 12:16:19 PM »
Hey there guys.

I'm just in the process of ordering the 191k and 30k resistors on eBay (UK). I've found the 30k and everything, but the only 191k I can find isn't even in the UK.
So, am I able to add them together, as in 190k+1k, or does that not work?
This is just a quick question; ordering the parts now

Yes you can.

Connecting the resistors in series will add the resistance. So you can use essentially any combination of resistors to reach that value.

as long as you add them in series, in paralell it gets a little more complicated.
