OMG! My guitar is screwed up!

I was at the hospital with my sister earlier (she was in a car accident) and I left my cousin in my room.  He asked if he could play my guitar, and I said "sure, just dont do anything more to it than tune it if it gets out of tune."  I come home and the :censored: is messing with the bridge and the string saddles!!! Now the whole thing is out of whack! What can I do about this? I have no idea how to set up a guitar! It was set up at guitar center when I got it!!!

ROFL maybe guitar center can do it for free (forgot i bought the insurance >.>)

My cousin has no clue how to set one up other than put strings on it.  He is only good at playing, and nothing else.  Its rather unfortunate actually ^_^ (the funny thing is, the :censored: that screwed it up is the OLDER brother of the great guitarist.)

ha ha , the brothers are really different then. Good luck with ur guitar . If u've got insurance , getting it repaired shouldn't be tough...

I can help you, I have done ALOT of work with guitars...mopstly fixing my bros and my friends, take some pics and that would make it alot easyer

for the love of god learn how to use the guitar if you going to learn to play it. seriously it would be like learning to play a game on the 360 but never learning how to connect it to your tv

Well... it seems that the action and everything after fret 12 is screwed up... how exactly do I fix that?


How can pix help when its the sound and the way it feels to me that is screwed up?

take a screwdriver/alan key (depending on what you have) to your bridge and loosen and tighten stuff at random.  then you will know.

He said the action was too low (it buzzed a LITTLE bit when you did something on the twelfth fret) so he wanted to fix it. I was fine with the little bit of buzzing, it wasn't too bad >.<
