Connection Problems

Lately ive been getting CONSTANT connection errors and when I finally get to the page i get load times like this.

Loading Main Page- Page created in 100.983 seconds with 16 queries.
Trying to load the page to post this- Page created in 20.499 seconds with 14 queries.

this is only the third thread about this in two sections. we are trying to resolve this, but its costly. there is a new donate link on themain fourm page, please help support the site so we can get it moved to a new server.
