waves display on my screen

i have a cfw 4.01 m33-2

and when i turn it off only waves displays on my screen..

and also when i took off the battery as well only waves appear on my screen..

do you have a umd in? cause that happened to me before i had a umd in and my umd drive doesn't work apparently so it just kept on trying to read it and just the waves show

i do reflash but when i popped out the battery when the game hangs or

anything that will require to take my battery out

it will be the same issue...

it will just display waves....
