so theres this new pross type
im not sure exactly what its called but my friend told me it was called a tommy vac?

and what it doe4s is it uses teh ram in ur computer(no need for a ram sticks its built into the pross.) and harnesses it and is basically 10 times better than the best quad core now days. dosnt need a cooler because it runs off of like 1 to 3 watt
this pross is PROVEN to work.
intel is being stuck up that its pross are better but is starting to come around.

so this pross can also be used as a GPU pross which will make everything so much smaller
and best of all it only takes about 50 cents to make one

Uhm. I think he was thinking of one of their supercomputer chips...but that isn't something we'll see on a personal note for a very long time.

no i think what i decyphered from that was about GPGPUs

General Purpose Grahpical Processing Unit

Using GPU bandwidths and GDDR3 in tandem with CPU clock speeds and Caches results in win.

1 Device, A LOT of power. Spawned from that Vista and 7 require a fair amount of graphical power. That's why, in the long term i think Vista was the greatest thing to hit computing ever. It accelerated development so much.

he didnt go much further ill see if i can get more info

hey if its 10 times better than a quad and i wont need a kagigawatt psu im good
see if they use it in a graphics card then there will be no need for a HUGE cooler to keep it cool and its much cheaper to make.
same with the cpu no cooler and so much more cheaper AND a 1000 watt psu can cost so damm much
and not to mention u wont need ram sticks
with this push in technology i bet the chip sets would prob get a WHOLE lot better

there fore making the mobos much better
so u see 200 to 300 but i see savings in teh bigger pic.

they are going to test it in a upcoming phone and see how it does(i dont think they will use it to its full capability just more of a walk in the park to see how she works in teh real world.)

i know this sounds liek im talkin out my ass

Well, not to be lame, but my dad works for a company with a supercomputer that will blow this one out of the water. It has hundreds of Teraflops of processing power, and one of my dad' coworkers can turn regular code into vector processing

yea... but one the cost 2 its prob got alot of pcs running in sync and imagine teh heat.
see if this pros comes out itll be so much more smaller and much cheaper therefor make this... better

But... A massive piece of PCB with loads of slots, and fans, connected to more pieces of PCBs, with more fans, looks way cooler and get a much bigger response than one cpu/gpu super thing that does it all. AND, it sounds like it's pretty small, so...

Or a better explanation....

A computer - with a motherboard - and the graphics card, ram sticks, cpu, etc. - all the fans - and psu - look cooler - than just one thing for all.

cost: about 8k for the whole computer. Size: 1 cabinet hooked up to a PC running vectorized code. Very straightforward and easy.

lol im srry let me rephrase that i failed
with all them pcs running in synce in a cabinet the heat is gonna be very hot
with thease it will be much cheaper than 8 k and much cooler
