wmv works fine, make sure you export it, don't try upload the project file lol.

WMV is the best format your youtube, itt can sustain high quality but keep it on a pretty small file. As apposed to AVI.. :S

MP4 is better. Yeah don't try to upload a movie project. I've had so many people hand in movie maker projects, or whine to me about how youtube won't accept their movie maker projects, or that they can't play their movie make projects in windows media player.
