Alright someone clarify how many resistors are needed for the LM386?

is it 3? and where does the 10 ohm goes onto pin4 then solder to wire?

10ohm can go either on the + or - pins of the leds.

So can you tell me if can solder the 10ohm directly onto the pin4 (ground) and then connect  it to the wire and that leads to the LED negative?

Good luck with your mod dude.
But don't use the points from the motherboard. Use them from the speaker itself. So much easier

No you connect the 10 ohm resistor to the Positive side of the LEDs.

Resistors resist the amount of volts going to the leds, thats why they last longer.

If you need anything else just PM me it seems everyone else cares about arguing about MCD.

I thought the resistor can go anywhere as long as it's in the same circuit and in series with the leds.
