Just letting people know Marioparty53 is a scammer.

It has been 2 and a half weeks since he "shipped" the 360 I bought from him. I specifically told him to ship it a certain way, and to include tracking. I was told both of those would happen. He rarely comes on AM and when he does he gives no help. He shipped it using free shipping, with absolutely NO tracking whatsoever. Now, 2 and a half weeks later, I still have no 360 from him and he can't give me a refund like he promised.
I have a dispute raised that he will NOT respond to. That will be raised to a claim if he does not send me my money tonight. Hopefully he sees this thread and gets his ass in gear.

So, don't buy from him.

kicks , i think you should have made a thread here to publically ask him instead of denouncing him and questioning his credibility. He has been known to be a trustable member...

Trustable members don't tell someone they're selling to that they'll ship it how said customer wanted it shipped, and include tracking (who the

doesn't include tracking on a 360?) and then go ahead and not get either of those.

Trustable members know how to give a damn refund.

Well i agree with that , he has definitely been stupid to not include tracking on the 360....

rather than just ranting rudely about the problem, this thread should've taken a polite tone, rather that he one which you have deliberated to be appropriate. which it isnt. when people shout at me it just makes me want to flip them the bird and say 'you've got no respect for me so why should i give you the satisfaction of giving it to you?'. As Dhruv said, MP has been here a long time and im certain he will endeavour to solve the problem as quickly as he can. I do hope you get your 360/your money back, i do, but this was the wrong way to go about it.

I have heard rumors over at benheck that he is a scammer too. That's two different sites where he has been accused of scamming. Also I believe he has been banned there for it.

Just more info to put out there.

EDIT: One more thing guys. If this turns into an argument in any way from this point on I will not hesitate to lock this thread AND move it to a place where you can't see where it will be dealt with harshly by the staff (probably in the forms of warnings and possibly a banhammer if it gets really bad)

I'm with you man, sounds like an incompetent douche. I'll happy be proven wrong of that.

Marioparty may be a trusted member to some people. But IMO, Kicks is more trustworthy. Just doesn't beat around the bush when he has something to say.

MP is a horrible buyer/seller.
HE wanted to buy some stuff from me and then he decided to trade instead.
he said he shipped and told me to ship as well.I was unable to ship so I was going to ship the next day. he said the deals off, and he completely lied about shipping his item. He said "I got it back from the postal station because my moms boyfriend works there" BULL

Kicks, just do WHATEVER you can to get your money back.

This morning ~4am he PMed me saying he gave a refund. I didn't get it (obviously).
If I don't have it by tonight, I'm raising my dispute (which he has not responded to) to a claim.

It's only $40, but the fact that he's a scammer still remains.

I wasnt banned there, It was a deal that I didnt fall out on, I planned to trade somthing, but I didnt message him back to finish it, I forgot to check the forum, and then when I came back I was put as scammer. ALso, I have had 3 other deals there that went great. Including the sales of pver 100$.

also, THere is no refund button any where, Paypal took 40$ away from me already, and the refund botton wont show up anywhere

Kicks, you get a free pass with this thread only because of how active you are.

Others: this is not the place for this, there is a board in the auction section where you can air ur dirty laudry. That is the same board where you RESEARCH the seller and contact other members who have dealt with them as REFERANCE.

MarioParty... your buying and selling has been poor at best, we do reserve the right to remove you from the site all together, and it looks like this is going to be your chance to retain membership at this forum by making sure kicks is refunded reguardless of how hard you have to work to make sure that he gets his refund. No refund button is a piss poor excuse, and is unacceptable. Call paypal, email obama, we dont care, just realize that its your responsiblity to make it right, noone elses.

Lastly,(nothing to do with this, but still relavant) everyone needs to know that international shipping is about the best way to make sure your stuff doesnt get to where it is going. I know a lot of peoples gripes can be summed up to just that, so if you decide to ship with USPS who dont offer tracking and signature on international shipments you might as well send your money to me at, least you will know where it ends up. Better yet if what you want is in another country then probably just skip the hassle cuz there is nothing sold in AM auctions that cant be found in your own country.

It's domestic shipping, and that refund button reference was from one of MY PAST transactions, NOT relating to this problem. I just wanted to give picture reference to where the refund button is.

if he still can't find the refund button he can just use paypal to send you the money back as a regular payment. Just as you would if you were to send money to somebody else if you were going to buy something.

I am giving it a couple days for MP to work this out, my gut tells me that this is similar to the kids on ebay that bid and dont pay or put stuff up for bid and then remove cuz their parents catch them selling stuff they shouldnt. I honestly dont believe that his intentions were to scam people, however it appears that maybe that it has turned into that due to things getting out of control for him.

He has the opportunity to retain his membership here by making it right and I intend to give him a full opportunity as banning him will just ensure that kicks never sees his money.

He has stated that the refund has been pulled from his account already, so hopefully paypal is handling this. However paypal has been known to be as usefull as a life raft in the desert on this sort of thing so only time will tell.

Banning MP is the last thing we should do at this stage,we need to hear MP speak.If he doesn't reply in 72 hours you should call his local police station,they'll get the money/controller for you,he certainly won't ignore the police
