it is not fair to assume the user pirated it. he could easily work retail, and simply grab one from the stock room and have a friend ring him up and ignore the "do not sale till" sticker. that use to happen a lot where i use to work. stores have them in stock easily two weeks before they can sell them. so they can take stock, and put them in the computer and so on so forth.

I support square soft 110%. No doubt it's purchased. I also might mention the game allows you to rip your recordings and convert them to AVI!

I used to work at circuit city back in the day. This happens often. But is still considered stealing and pirating
The do not sell till sticker is a trust between the manufacture and the retail outlet, breaking this agreement would be considered stealing.

But this is a bit off topic. Lets stay on the discussion of FF

I don't condone stealing or pirating. We get more good games if we pay for them. I do however use back ups... no joke. I have 2 PSP's now for a reason.
