Good Modding Tools?

I do alot of controller mods and system mods and i am pretty good at it but the main thing that pisses me off are my :censored:ty tools. I bought the best soldering iron and wire strippers i could find at radio shack but they still suck. Price isnt a issue so if you guys could recommend the best soldering iron for these type of mods that would be great. Also what is a good wire stripper for very thin wire. I heard there was a automatic wire stripper but i cant find it anywhere so im guess that is false? Any advice would be awsome. Thanks.

Find a hakko or weller soldering iron. They're amazing.

For wires i use my teeth.
