i dont think you can get them made like they way M$ has them and if you can i bet they are pretty expensive. Use 0603 SMD leds and just wire them up...

Not necessarily, because if they are not the right size, they will either look weird, not fit or diffuse incorrectly

0805 or 0603 SHOULD work, ill do a search for you on mouser, and get the part number

As I remember they're 1204 right angle SMD LEDs, not sure if they're common anode or cathode, either way, a pain to source. 0603s or 0805s are easier to find and easier to get the colours you want
