that sucks man... on a serious note though... open the pod carefully , disconnect the battery and keep the entire setup in the open for2 days. then lightly blowdry and reassemble. hopefully should work. DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE OR CONNECT IT RIGHT NOW !

I didn't read all of this, but:

H-Sauce, an iPod through the wash actually doesn't kill them usually. Unless it's on, of course. My past ones have been through the wash AND dryer and lived...multiple times.
Frenulem, this isn't about you. Oh, and you don't need to respond to every little thing. There's a thing called spamming, and even in the S&C board it's annoying at times. Like this one.

H, I recommend just letting it dry out for a couple of days AIR DRYING, or as Jumbo said, in a cup of rice. After a couple of days just take it out and test it. If it still doesn't work, I'd open it and let the whole thing air dry out. Then after a while, test it and see if it works, plug it into a computer, etc.
