Missing a resistor screw

Hello, I've got a problem with the bottom screen on my DSL. It fades to grey with lines in it after a piriod of time. After doing some searching I noticed that one of the "screws" for the resistor was missing. Does anyone know where i can get one or do I have to buy a whole new motherboard?
