USPS officially suck!

i ordered a second htc touch pro 2 from t-mobile because it looks nicer.
look at the friggin tracking!!!   It normally takes like 10 days with customs and now allmost a month.
wtf are they doing over there? i know it's busy but come on!

uummm you means UPS or USPS

if its UPS idk, but i can say that USPS only sucks during holidays.

I should know both parents worked for USPS for 25yrs+

it definetly seems as if it got stuck in the netherlands, i would contact customs

its USPS, and it got stuck for 10 days in the US to, and now at the customs.

I cant contact the customs over here, i tried it but it wont work.

Agree, i dont think its under USPS jurisdiction its all the netherlands custom's fault....

It's not usps fault, the package has been handled to netherlands custom that are looking into it, i think. you can only wait, i'm waiting for a package from the usa for 40 days.

don't contact customs, they'll contact you if anything is needed.

I live in Italy, our postal service sucks so much that packages from hong kong and usa take 1-2 months to arrive, IF they arrive. They often get lost/stolen.

STRISCIA LA NOTIZIA - MILANO ROSERIO - SCANDALO POSTE ! go at 00:40 the video starts and you see all these abandoned packages that will never be received.

oh and matt, its USPS responsibility till it gets delivered to my door. TNT just does the part from the airport till my house. but if anything happends its USPS to blame.

if it aint here in 2 days ill file a compaint against my customs, and yes over here we can do that if the packages takes more than 10 working days.

good luck with that.. usps is not going to help you they delivered it to netherlands customs, and its out of thier hands, you can think whatever you want, but usps isnt going to help anymore. I doubt you will even see anymore info in thier tracking system, until delivery, which most likely wont be posted until a few days after you have the product.

sounds like it was sent registered mail.... means each time it changes hands it needs to be signed for.  30 days is the standard time registered mail takes to get from US to most countries.  Other then overnight air, registered mail is the only way for a retailer to ship a package and insure delivery to the recipient.  If it is not registered the reciever can simply say they did not recieve it and it is on the retailer to replace it as there is no way to track shipment.

it was send priority with tracking and insurance thats all i know.


@ matt, it's their problem not mine i payed via paypal so i have no worries.
and yes matt, i will think whatever i want.
