A psp DVB-T receiver

I think this would be the best hardware Add-on for psp.
If someone can make this possible this would sell great.
I´m thinking of modyfing the sony 1seg receiver..I read that this signal is nearly the same like the dvb-t signal. But to be honest i do not know enough about that.
Maybe someone does and knows whether this would be possible or not?
