Help with USB Programmer

I currently have Micropro
And Winpic and winpic800
I try to import the .hex files into each program
when i try to write it to the chips, on micropro; it says recieved data error, appling reset.
Same on Winpic
on winpic800, it cant even load the Programmer.
Help? ideas?

Burnmeup2
Rbo_jittermodv2

I want no button install Stealth Rapid fire.
Please help!

are u using vista? cuz when i did it there it wouldnt work switched to xp and then it worked
