help wth my PSP

:help:ok so i have a fat psp 1000 and it dident work i got for free from friend, i look at it and seen on the board that has the off on switch the slot were the ribbon goes from motherboard to it was messed up so i put a new board in(off/on switch board with power led on it) one in but when i put a battery in it will just turn on and light will stay green ive tryed a pandora and unbrickin but when i unbrick the power light always stays on and same with hdd and wifi HELP!.

NOtes' the ac adapter slot dosent work, so just tonight i took out and tryed usb power mod win i put battery in charge light come on wtf!

i've had the same problem on my psp and once the screen was replaced it worked but it could also be the motherboard ill wait for one of the better psp modders post im just posting my 2 cents

try turning the volume up. Can u hear the start up sound?
