i just reinstall os on my pc. how do i synce my iphone to itune without erasing the data on my iphone?

Surely iTunes keeps your account purchases? Perhaps you need to download them to iTunes again.

is were you have your stuff saved to if you don't back it up you lost it

in the syncing options you can pick to just backup and restore or go on itunes and plug your iphone in you will see it on the side tab right click and youll see backup/restore ect that how you do it without losing your stuff
come to the rite place if you kiss admins as they promote you to admin.

if you didn't purchase the music/videos through itunes (cds, dvd rips, amazon etc) you can back them up off your iphone with 3rd party software. i use sharepod (http://www.getsharepod.com/download/) because its free and organizes everything nicely for you, then adds it into itunes automatically.
