Couldn't really pick a better title lol
« on: December 19, 2010, 02:08:41 PM »
Well hi all ! I'm Andrea and I like electronics. I usually play with software quite a bit but recently I have been dabbling in hardware play.

I finally decided to join the AM community after replacing my PSP-1000 that had been out of commission for 2 years. I'm going to college this Spring semester for Graphic Design and I produce music.

I hope to have fun here and not get called a n00b when asking n00b questions lol

Hey please don't fret about being called a noob in fact if you have a question its more than likely someone else does too!!

What do you use to produce your music? I've payed around in FL9 and Reason4 out of sheer boredom.

I have both but I prefer to Rewire Reason 4 into FL Studio 9 for some reason , I never sequence in Reason because I'm too lazy to learn how to use it's step sequencer. So I use FL Studio 9 with custom drum kits , lots of VST's and effects .

I prefer Reason's Malstorm Oscillator to create my own MIDI files i can then build basslines or mixes in FL.

Welcome to AM, Andrea. Have no fear of being called a n00b here at AM. We were all new to this hobby at one point or another so we try to be as helpful as possible to newbies as well as the seasoned vets. Remember the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. ;)
