yes the time has come to finally be able to jail break a 4.2.1 device after all these weeks not being able to

all devices that i am aware  of are compatible accept the apple tv

SWEET! I just upgraded my teathered jailbreak with this one and its working great so far. The only problem im have is cydia is a little laggy but not a big deal.
