XBOX 360 CONTROLLER WITHOUT P4 LED CONTACTS

Hey guys

Recently I bought a cheap controller wich has a small problem. The guy who sold me told me that the led of the P4 doesnt turn on.

When I have opened it I have seen there isnt led and also there arent contacts. I want to fix it but I am not sure how to do it. I have checked RCD scanboards to see wich traces could I use but like I said before I am not sure what I have to do.

I need help please  :beg:

You need to find the positive and negative traces for the P4 LED, scrape the solder mask (the green stuff) off of them so that the bare copper is visible, and solder jumper wires to the traces and then solder the jumpers to the respective LED points (+ & -). what type of controller board is it, CG1/2, Matrix1/2?

I forgot it its a Matrix 1 controller

they're the same, either one will work honestly, I'd start with the ones in the second pic though, as if you cut too deep and cut through the trace, you can keep working your way back along the trace until you get it right...

yes its great, finally i used the first pic (i think it was easier for me). I just want to say this to confirm that works if someone has to do the same
