Need help with 555 timer

I want make a quickscope mod with a 555.
(One of the only ones not patched on mw3)

 Here is what i need.
when i pull left trig i need it to hold for 28 ms
then pull down on left thumbstick(steadys your breath)
and pull right trig
then release
