Its hard to say as no mod company is the same. In my experience I never really got the same results computing the same sps with different chips. I can tell u with my macro controller the most reliable RF for the fal with the least recoil is 19.7 sps.
A good rule of thumb is to start at a low rate of fire and work your way up till your satisfied with the results. U Dont want a ridiculous high sps u want to hit the mark as low as possible.It just takes a lot of trial by error. There are occasions in certain games where u need to use a high sps count. A good base line would be between 6- 12 sps.
