Help with R38 on a 1708 PCB

Hi, I need some help to know the meassure in Ohms of R38 in the board 1708...I don't have it and do not know what the meassure is.

It is near of U9, R2 and L2 isn't working because that...

R38 is just a 0ohm jumper, you can use a small piece of wire to connect the spots.
Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.
