BDM-010 flashing 3x times orange - no sync

 :help: Hello everybody, I've read something about that but without a clue what's to do.
I've tried:
- disassembled:
-- without Micro
-- accu
-- touch-pad & accu
.... Only flashing 3x times in orange without sync.
Same with a powerbank
