Xbox One Series X/S 1914 Controller Butoons

Hi, i have an Xbox One Controller 1914 model, so the only things that are working are joysticks(only when move) and the L2/R2 triggers but non of other buttons are working suh as R1/L!,XYBA, L3/R3 or the dpad ones, what can be gone faulty on this? I have to mention that i have updated the controller trough xbox accesories app to the latest firmware in hope to solve that problem but it's more likely a hardware issue

I had the same problem and I fixed it.. check C46
