Na, i already tried and failed. Thought white spirit would do the trick but ended up frosting the inside so now it's unusable (won't do that again). Might be able to replace it but i have to see what i've got lying around the gaff.

maybe you can use one of those stained glass kits to color the L and R buttons so you could have color with the white leds plus without the leds the buttons would still have color.

Good idea. i belive the person who made that God of war psp did the same. looked very clean.

Here's my latest psp slim i've worked on. My mate spilt hot oil all over his black faceplate so as a birthday gift, i changed the case for free.

Next one is going to be a Black case with red buttons and trim, with the red metal ring on the umd door.

Thanks Guys! The ring wasn't that bad to remove. just used a small flat knife to get under the ring and slowly moved the blade around the outside. came off without bending the ring.(done that so many times

True, i mixed the trim, buttons and red ring from the deep red case on to a black case. looks really nice.

like this mod 4dp, the leds look great. really bright.

The UMD door is now my first psp mod...i am currently working on motor opening doors...(ill use an micro driller to open the door of psp and close it of course
