all was going well until i added trigger leds.
« on: December 07, 2007, 02:28:11 AM »

i bought a broken dsl and i swaped to case, changed the leds, screens, ect. it worked great until i decided to add additional leds to the triggers and the ds slot. the trigger leds lit up, as well as the slot one led. but i had troubles closing the case because of the placement of the slot 1 led. i decided to take the slot 1 led out in the end and accidentally put a dab of solder on the negative of the power led.
i now that led wont turn on and i cant even charge my ds. i tried removing the solder but it wont completely come off, theres always this thin layer of solder left. what did i do and how can i fix it? mayb that bit of solder isnt even the problem. i can still power the ds on and the charge and low battery leds still work. any suggestions?
thanks.

Maybe if you posted a clearer picture we could help better.Hold the camera away from the ds,at around 1 1/2-2 feet away.It will make the picture a lot clearer, and it will still be visible...

here im not sure it helps much but here it is. i believe this is the reason why my blue power led wont turn on because it did before this happened.

and are there any suggestions on why does my ds does not charge anymore? it still powers on though.
