Power Fuse Blown, How To Fix?

Just wondering, where is the fuse on the mainboard, the power fuse, i think mines gone out, my psp dosent turn on anymore and i was soldering near that area too

Also, how do you bridge a fuse?

It's not a resistor, resistors resist the flow of electricity while a fuse allows the flow of electricity until it reaches a certain point, where the atoms inside the filament are so energised by the flow of electricity that they can't stick together, so the fuse blows. You're right about the path of least resistance, though.
