SOUND REACTIVE MOD

is there a way to do a sound reactive led mod without lm386 cos i aint got any left but i wanna do another sound mod if there is how do u wire it cheerz

Do the direct connection sound mod. Just wire the LED directly to speakers. The negative would connect to black wire of speaker. The positive would connect to gray wire of speaker.

How does connecting the leds to the speakers compare to using the chip in terms of brightness and reactivity?

sorry, i'm kinda new at this, but now that i know where to get them, which kind of leds would work the best... like the type and voltage and stuff... i know i'm a noob, but i'm trying to learn. thanks

Yeah that the way I did my led lights. But be aware that sometimes they will turn off, not because there broke but because the connection sometimes throws it off. That could happen but if it does just restart your PSP and your fine. :hifive:
